41 Studios is a design and real estate consultancy focused on residential, corporate and commercial design and project management.

Kimberly’s background spans architecture, design and real estate consulting, leading global project and program initiatives for corporate, institutional and residential clients. Founded in 2013, Kimberly began designing and managing residential projects on her nights and weekends, transitioning to full-time practice in 2022. Her work now spans residential and commercial remodel, addition, and ground-up construction for clients across the United States. She has completed work for dozens of clients, solely through referral, offering practical, elegant design solutions along with full budget and schedule management, across a variety of building project types.

With a B.S. Interior Design from Oklahoma State, Masters of Corporate Real Estate from CoreNet Global, graduate studies in Architecture from Boston Architectural College, NCIDQ, NCARB and LEED accreditation, Kimberly is an accomplished professional in all aspects of design and real estate. She is also active in her community, as a current member of Lenox, Massachusetts Zoning Board of Appeals, Cultural Council, Historic Commission, and Historic District Commission, and as a previous vice-chair of CoreNet New York City’s Public Policy Committee and Big Brothers Big Sisters. Kimberly maintains her schedule with the help of her design assistant, Maggie, her Irish Terrier.
