41 Studios is a design and real estate consultancy focused on residential, corporate and commercial design and project management.

Kimberly brings together expertise in architecture, interior design, and real estate to lead residential and commercial projects from concept through construction. Her work combines thoughtful design with practical project leadership, delivering spaces that are both beautiful and buildable while keeping budgets, schedules, and client goals in focus.

Founded in 2013 as a passion project, 41 Studios grew from evenings and weekends into a full-time practice in 2022. Today, the studio partners with clients across the United States on remodels, additions, and new construction, creating tailored solutions that balance design excellence with real-world execution.

Kimberly holds a B.S. in Interior Design from Oklahoma State University and completed graduate studies in Architecture at Boston Architectural College. She is NCIDQ certified, NCARB certified, LEED accredited, and holds the Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation.

Committed to both design and community, Kimberly has served on the Lenox, Massachusetts Zoning Board of Appeals, Cultural Council, and Historic Commission, and as Co-Chair of CoreNet NYC’s Public Policy Committee. She continues her community involvement through volunteer work with Orange County Animal Care, Working Wardrobes, and Friends of CASA.
